"The house itself is pretty rustic, but the property is fabulous! The view from the screened porch was beautiful, and the morning sunrises were incomparable. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is plenty of fun to be had. We kayaked and enjoyed the waterfront deck all week. We did day trips to Ocracoke and Beaufort which were easily accessible from Cedar Sunrise. We didn’t fish, but you could fish right from the deck if you wanted to. The house is very basic, but it was nice to unplug for the week....

"The property was beautiful, clean, peaceful and the views were breathtaking. The owner communicated well and was so accommodating. We came with a large group for a bachelorette trip and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed.We will definitely be back to stay again on a family trip and we are hoping to book later this summer. "This property really lent itself to relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Location is excellent with marsh views as far as the eye can see and a lovely canal for paddle boarding and kayaking. I loved having the outdoor shower and fire pit for the evenings. Plenty of seating for sunning, lounging around and a bonus hammock which I really enjoyed! Thanks for the great stay and being so responsive!"

"We love Ocracoke, been on and off for many years! The Charter Room had all the amenities we needed. Golf cart rental through the place was also an easy process, and we enjoyed the usage. "My husband and I made an excellent choice when we decided to stay at The Lucky Buc! It was perfect for a long weekend get-away! It was very clean, very easy to find, and located in a good spot right in the middle of the village, yet off of the main road just far enough. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly spot to vacation to check it out!! :)"
