"It was an amazing experience staying there. I was there for a concert so it convenient, room was clean, beautiful, on a quiet floor. There was lots to choose from for food, you had an option of a free drink at the bar near the lobby (my espresso martini was delicious)! I felt safe and everyone I interacted with were helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Bathroom was a disaster! Bathtub literally had a 1/4 pound of dirt in the tub! I took pictures! A small towel and soap was placed on rim of tub! So whoever made up bathroom had to see it! After someone came into bathroom to clean it.. he used two used towels and a bottle of some cleaner to get rid of the dirt! I had to run shower to get rid of whatever chemicals in the cleaner .. and the drain was clogged enough to have 3 inches of water in it as I was showering! Lastly .. not one person even apologized ! For it!"

"Unfortunately our experience was definitely not what was expected. The front desk provided the room keys, inform we'd be on the 2nd floor and we went on our way. The hallway to the elevator smelled a mix of humidity, pool water, and cigarette smoke. The elevator opened the rug inside was not well place and there was a piece of wood on the floor which made me think it was being repaired or remodeled and they didn't finish the job. We got to what we thought was our room, but there were people in the room, and we figured maybe it was the wrong room. We then looked at the number written on the room key, and it looked like a 9 at the end, but it could also be a 4. We went to the other room. When we looked, the door was left opened with used towels on the floor, and the bed were definitely not cleaned. We took outlet things and went back downstairs to the front desk. I asked the person there which room number was ours and he explained it was the one ending in a 4. I explained what happened and how the room was not cleaned. He apologized and simply gave me another room. We went back to the 2nd floor, got to the room and when we walked in to a sauna. The AC was not on, it smelled like a damp old basement, the bathroom smelled likethe.went searching to where the ac was because you couldn't just see it anywhere and we didn't see a thermostat either. After some searching the AC was hidden beside the bed."

"Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good."

"1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide basic drinking water to guests. 3. The guests in the room next door woke me up at 2:49 AM due to an extremely loud conversation. The walls are so thin it sounded as though they were inside my room. I recorded a video with a timestamp where the entire conversation can clearly be heard. The noise continued for roughly 30 minutes, stopped briefly, and then started again before 4:00 AM. I ultimately left the hotel as early as possible with a migraine because I could no longer rest. 5. The experience was so poor that I would genuinely rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again. 6. I expressed my concerns at checkout and was told the message would be relayed to a manager. I never heard from anyone afterward, which only reinforced how little concern there seems to be for guest experience. 7. Lastly, the staff throughout the stay came across as unfriendly and completely indifferent to whether guests were taken care of."
