「I enjoyed this as a one-person rental. It does technically sleep as many as five, but it would not be comfortable to do any “hanging out” indoors with five. The couch only seats two. It is on the same property as a larger home and would be great as extra beds or privacy for that home. It’s a creative tiny house. It was very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space was charming, but check to be sure the cushions in the furniture have dried out before you expect to use them. The road and driveway are...

「Good location」

「This house is absolutely beautiful! And so is the view! Very clean, pet friendly and very relaxing all around. Jed, the host, was amazing with everything! This house is very spacious. Large bedroom, bathroom with his and her sides, large kitchen, living room and 2 dining areas. There are also 2 very large porches to relax and watch the sun come up and go down. We will be back!」

「Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Alittle hard to locate. Wrong address on the info. Of the property. Relatively clean but shower curtain and towels had a sour smell., outside covers on the bed had stained spots causing them to not look clean. Property was not suppose to be pet friendly but when I first walked in the smell hit my nose. I have really bad allergies to dogs and cigarettes..The sofa was dirty it needs to be cleaned and not really comfortable. The bed however was really comfortable. For the most part we enjoyed our...

「We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. 」

Lake view out back is really nice and bank is covered in fresh deer tracks. Can't beat the location of this property. Minutes from unique places to eat, great places to hike and explore. Make sure to check out Mentone Market and Hatter Cafe. DeSoto Falls in a quick drive. Can't wait to book again!」

「This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. 」

「Rental is in a very pretty and secluded spot. Host was very kind about my misunderstandings regarding rules and times. Very clean and pleasant place to spend a night.」
