"The property was very well located and enjoyable. Easy to get to the Ayala Mall and IT Park. The staff (everyone in all areas) were exceptional and friendly over my 11 day stay. My only "Pet-Peeve" would be the TV system. The in-room channel guide was not "Updated" and did not have a "US News Channel" as one of the channel options. Many travelers I interacted with were from the United States."

"I would gladly stay at this hotel again. The staff is friend and extremely outgoing. The property is clean and linen change daily. The morning butter is massive and has a very wide variety with a brunch feel. You are within ten minutes ride of mall, hospital,

etc…. The pool, gym, laundry, and bar are on the 9th floor as is the main desk for check in/out. There are enough restaurants on the ground floor so food isn’t a problem, try Sunburst chicken and Korean Bbq."

And the best about it we came early from our flight from LAX to Manila to Cebu and their check in time is 2 pm but since the room Is already available they let us check in early and that is the BEST and we wr able to rest comfortably.
