"We loved the location - close to almost everything around San Juan. Communicating with the owner was easy and she was helpful, prompt and polite with her responses. We did have some issues with the electricity and water but she took care of them quickly."

"It was a wonderful visit and Elizabeth is an incredible host! The villa was just as pictured and was well appointed! The beach was so close and given the location, seemed very private and quiet! Shopping and other amenities were just a short 10 minute drive for the most part!! Loved our time there!!"

"Last time I was in Puerto Rico I stayed at "Coral by the Sea". It wasn't very nice.. read my review. Hotel Next was very clear am the room was nice.. I arrived after miidnight but the staff were friendly and even carried my baggage to the room. Everything in the room worked and I was given the WI-FI password. It worked fine. Breakfast was fine and It was given help with my l luggage. I asked them to call me a taxi and it arrived minutes late. Bottom line I will stay there next time I am in Puerto Rico. Very clean and well kept a nice interior. "
