"I really can’t say enough good things about staying at “The Miller Townhouse” We got to meet several of the family members. The family went above & beyond to be accommodating towards us. "We rented the 3BR/3BA unit that is the entire upstairs level of Watzara Wasi. What an incredible and beautifully constructed place! The owner, Rolando, and his lovely wife and kids live downstairs. They allowed us complete privacy but were always available if we needed anything. "Spacious, comfortable place to stay right by the lake. Safe neighborhood, secure parking, and the bilingual host treats you like family. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Luis and his wonderful family are very knowledgeable about the area and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!"

"Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town."

"We loved our stay here and have rarely stayed in a place that is.so entirely focused on the comfort of the guests. While you can certainly find less expensive places to stay in Papallacta, it's worth the extra cost to have such a high-end experience. From the moment you step onto the property, you are always a few steps from people who are willing to help in any way. The rooms were comfortable and there were hot pools open 24/7 to the guests literally outside the doors of the rooms. There were plenty of towels and bathrobes available and a lot of courtesy bottles of water in the room with some candy as well. The shower was large, which I really like. The breakfast spread (included with the reservation) was extremely diversified with so many choices, and all very tasty. We also used the spa for back and neck massages that were nice. There was a beautiful nature trail for walking. At one point my wife said that there didn't seem to be any reason to leave the grounds while staying for a couple of days because there were so many things to do, food choices, and beautiful surroundings. It was rather cold and rainy while we were there, and the elevation is high, so plan on having layers and a jacket if you plan on visiting Papallacta."

"A delightful place about 20 min drive from airport. Breakfast was included as well as airport transfers. Lovely gardens with Llamas, peacocks and ducks roaming the extensive property. "

"Service was great and the hotel and room were beautiful. I upgraded my room based on pictures and the tub didn't have a working plug so I couldn't take a bath after a long travel day. I forgot to say anything to the staff. I would check that the tub was functional before upgrading now."
