"The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "

"Séjour en hiver, un peu court pour s’habituer au lieu (fonctionnement du chauffage). Attention : les lits sont en 1/ en 180 et 2/ en 90 et plutôt pour enfants car trop peu de hauteur entre les 2 lits ! 3/ le canapé en 100. Il faut prévoir les draps en fonction… L’été, ce logement doit être merveilleux. Excellent échange avec propriétaire."

"Casa accogliente,forse un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una buona vacanza in famiglia. La vista, il luogo e lo spazio esterno attrezzato danno sicuramente un valore in più alla struttura. Qualche problema con le zanzare. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia del cotoncello che si raggiunge in 10min, spiaggia da cui poi seguendo il passaggio sulla costa si può raggiungere quella più attrezzata di S.Andrea."

"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in dem kleinen aber feinen Ferienhaus. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Bar in direkter Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist total hilfsbereit und kümmert sich mit wertvollen Tipps und allen sonstigen Anliegen um seine Gäste. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder."

"Rigtig fin lejlighed med god plads og en fantastisk udsigt over havet. Vi blev dog temmelig overraskede over, at det kostede 29 EUR pr. dag for 2 liggestole + parasol! Stor ekstra omkostning, som vi ikke kunne se omtalt noget sted. Man skal bruge bil for at komme til lejlighederne - det tager ca. 10 minutter at komme til Porto Azurro. Hyggelig havneby med indkøbs- og spisemuligheder."

"Empfang und Kommunikation war prima. Maria wohnt im gleichen Haus. Wohnung war sauber und Küche gut ausgestattet. Reiste mit meiner Mutter daher waren 2 Bäder praktisch. Im Ort ca 7 min zu Fuß gibt es Bäckerei sowie kleinen laden. Die kleine Bar mit Pizzeria im Zentrum ist zu empfehlen. Terasse ist herrlich und ruhig. Gerne wieder"

"This apartment has ample space for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, dishes, dish soap, and an Italian coffee maker, etc. The beds were adequately comfortable. "Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. "

Room clean but very basic, needs an upgrade, door sticks, first hotel or b&b I've visited in 20 years with no kettle or hot drink facilities in room.
