"The sign for the property was non existent - it looked like it had either fallen apart or was removed. The office was not open when we arrived and appeared to not be open at all throughout our stay (even though the description says it would be open from 8am-8pm). It was difficult to get a hold of anyone when we needed assistance. The exterior of the property needs a lot of TLC - chipped paint, deteriorated wooden stairs, siding, etc. and lots of construction debris around the property. The interior of the cabin was furnished with the bare minimum. For a cabin that was advertised to accommodate up to 10 people, it was very, very small. We had a group of 8 and there were not enough seats or dinnerware settings for our group. The cabin was cold - but thanks to the proactive worker on site who brought us space heaters, we were able to stay adequately warm. The bathroom was small and lacked the “toiletries” that were mentioned in the property description. The floors were extremely dirty. We tried to do laundry but after putting in our payment and our laundry to start the machine, we found out that the water had not been turned on. Again, we tried to get a hold of staff but were told there were no workers available to help as they were off shift. Thankfully we were not in a rush the next day so we waited until the workers arrive the next morning to turn on the water so we could get our clothes washed. Also, none of the amenities we had hoped for were available (library/games/pool)"
