Whether you're sipping coffee in the illuminated private garden or enjoying a barbecue in the courtyard, this villa brings comfort and relaxation close to the coast. The beach and river are just a short stroll away, while restaurants (1 km) and a supermarket (3 km) are conveniently nearby. Golf enthusiasts can head to the Gassin golf course, just a short drive away. After a day out, unwind by the fireplace or enjoy quality time with your family in the cozy living space.
