「Good location, walkable to the shops and dining options nearby. Owners were communicative (if necessary). Could tell that they took pride the property, the vegetation was lush and beautiful. One unexpected amenity - a drawer dishwasher.」

「It is an old house, don’t go in with high expectations of a 5 star hotel. The bed was comfortable, ease of getting in and out of house was easy. The lady was so nice I hate rating place so badly. I swear the bathroom had a mold smell. The driveway is quite steep and only a small amount of spots to park in. The yard needs cleaned up. Debris and old parts everywhere. 「Very relaxing for what we had planned. The room was clean, the "breakfast nook" was abailable at all hours - Self driven. Hot Tub available and large enough to accomodate comfortable over 6 people. We were able to travel to downtown New Paltz very easily and we visited other nearby towns: Kingston, Rhinebeck and Hyde Park. We love to walk and each area was very walkable ... great dining also available in each town. A great and wonderful walk or bike was the "River to Ridge Trail. Beautiful...
