"I didn’t arrive until after 11pm. I sent a message that it would be 10 but the bus was late. My check in was rapid and friendly. I replied to hotels.com about my check in and everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was large, complete and everything was tasty."

"The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They graciously upgraded us to a bigger room. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and just a ten minute stroll to old town. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. "

"Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the main square and Zagrebs sites. Parking is literally across the street in front of the hotel if you need it. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Only drawback is the wifi isn’t good. Other than that, excellent hotel! "
