The location of the property is excellent. Walkable distance to Central Station which can also be reached by bus or metro. The stop for the airport bus is also close. The condition of the room was also great - clean and functional The area around the property isn’t the most welcoming, that’s the only con.

Central location

Our room was just renovated so everything was brand new and clean. We arrived later in the evening so did a self check in. Good location for exploring Catania and easy to get to with the airport bus (5 minute walk)

Don’t let appearances fool you - even though the area is unassuming and not immediately apparent, the accommodations provided by this location were excellent! If you drive in, there is a parking garage one block away and it is peaceful to haul luggage from it to the location. Every morning, we woke up to a lively and bustling market and, with many coffee shops throughout, you will surely enjoy your stay. Definitely recommended!

Modern stay minutes away from the key attractions

Good sty at this hotel. It actually has no reception but is very easy to get in and the instruction are very clear. If you are coming from the AirPort, the alibus will drop you off a few minutes away. Nice to have terasse, a few minutes from the etna corso where you will find nice shops and monuments. The room is modern. Loved our stayed there.

The rooms were fine, modern and clean market at your door step , we found some authentic Sicilian restaurants and the food was sensational . The area it’s self is an eye opener graffiti is a shame

Essentially just rooms on one floor of a large building. No staff permanently on site or for cjeck but all done very simply with keypads. The rooms are modern and kept very clean on a daily basis by friendly staff . Market outside the building but no problem with noise. Restaurant and bars within a couple of minutes walk. Excellent value, I would use again

Excellent price/quality ratio. Walkable towards the city center. Easy to find access thanks to the host who gave many details (you can do self-check-in which is very convenient because our flight was late). This is a wide flat on a big building rearranged to welcome many independent rooms. Modern design and brand new appliances. The only thing is that if the guests are not quiet when they enter the place you can hear them.

Excellent choice for central Catania

Great location right in the middle of the market in central Catania and near bus and metro stops. Located in a condiminium on the 5th floor, the appartments are modern, clean and comfortable with air conditioning, and ours had a balcony. With the balcony doors closed you don't hear the street at all but we enjoyed opening them to hear the hustle and bustle of the market each morning and to enjoy the fab sunset with views of Etna each evening. The staff were lovely and will do a quick or full clean each day depending on what you want. Also quick to reply to questions on whatsapp. Bottles of water were replenished each day which is always appreciated. Via Filomena and it's run of great bars and restaurants is on the doorstep and Piazza Duomo is a 10 minute walk. There is no direct parking except evening to 6am because of the market but a secure car park on the next corner which is €12 for 12-24 hours. Would definitely return here if coming back to Catania.

Clean hotel in central catania

The room was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the hotel. The hotel was located in a very central area, so a perfect place for a weekend trip! All in all a good experience and would book again :)
