Basic hotel with good location.

Well located hotel in the heart of Catania. Basic no frills hotel but god value for money if you dont mind a bit of noise from traffic and music.

The hotel was fine but the restaurant attached was pretty dismissive to my family member by forgetting their breakfast. They apologized the next day.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are in good condition, however there are not air conditioners. There is something that it supposed to be cooling down the room but it simply does not work, it is just a waste of electricity. A fan could be better than nothing The place is well located but impossible to sleep in the summer. Maybe in winter is a good place until the airconds start working properly

Unfortunately, the hotel is not designed for having a resting time at the venue. Having not air conditioning, it makes it impossible to sleep well or chill at the room for less than 5 minutes. Wi fi was not available. After the first night, They provided with a fan that made the second night more livable. The design of the rooms are ok but there are lot of details that could help the guest to have a comfortable stay. For example: - place to put the soap - deep cleaning in the showers - repair windows to have completely black out in summer The hotel is located in a very good area, that make it interesting if you just want to drop your bags and going out but there is still many areas of opportunities in this place

DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. We moved out to a better hotel and Agatha Cosy Hotel /Santuzza Hotels has refused to refund any money. So we paid for 3 nights taxes and stayed only 1 night. Expedia also has refused to help us so I'll never book through them again. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS HOTEL IS AWFUL! And don't count on Expedia to help you out if you have trouble with a hotel.

Nota dolente le cameriere: gridavano. Alla reception tutti gentili e cercavano di accontentare le richieste, infatti mi hanno cambiato stanza e piano,poi le cose sono andate bene. è un albergo particolare diciamo che ha il suo fascino. dato il costo ecc. . il bilancio si puo dire, positivo.

Il bagno era ricavato all’interno della stanza con l’uso di pareti mobili e senza ricambio di aria, tutti gli odori del bagno ristagnavano all’interno della stanza. Usciva un forte odore di fogna dallo scarico della doccia e anche questo finiva all’interno della stanza. La peggiore camera in cui abbia mai dormito.

God beliggenhed, dog obs på at der er restaurant i baggården og den lukker efter midnat. Stedet er ikke ideelt hvis du kommer i bil, da selve stedet er svært at finde og det er svært at finde parkering. Morgenmaden er kedelig.

Horriblemente mal

Habitacion sucia y con bichos.El baño mas sucio aún, la ducha en en el suelo rota . La cama tercera era de sofa estaba rota y el colchon en dos trozos y habiamos pagado por tres camas.En las especificaciones y el precio era con desayuno bufé y lo que dan es en una cafetería en una esquina fuera del hotel un café y un boño o un trozo pan. Un hotel con tres plantasy en ningun momento dicen que no tiene ascensor.

No es lo que parece

La habitación que nos tocó tenia las paredes y el techo en mal estado. El baño hacía un olor muy fuerte a tuberías procedente de la ducha. Esta habitación está situada al lado de un restaurante que ponían música hasta la 1 de la madrugada y no pudimos dormir bien ninguna de las dos noches. Lámpara estropeada, sin secador de pelo.

It is not an hotel. It is more like a hostel. It is a very poor quality building with rooms that are good size but smell humid. Beds were confortable but everything is not taken good care of. The place -outside is so noisy that it is almost impossible to sleep. Overall for the price you cannot ask for more.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville historique. Accueil correct. Chambre spacieuse mais très mal isolé du bruit extérieur et des bruits du restaurant qui se trouve sous nos fenêtres. Propreté de la chambre au strict minimum. Petit déjeuner servi au café attenant à l’hôtel personnel sympathique. Transfert bus à quelques mètres de l’hôtel
