礼儀正しい教育が出来ているホテルでした。

ドライブ旅行中の移動で到着日没後の到着だったのとレジャー施設として営業しているせいか？ホテル周辺は、最小限の照明しかなく真っ暗に近い状態でレセプションを探し回った。 5星のホテルなのだから、レセプションの前だけは、もっと明るくして分かりやすくすべきだ！従業員の対応は、ポーターの人が部屋に案内してくれている際に、スレ違う全てのお客様に挨拶をしていた。今までに、沢山の欧州ドライブ旅行をしてきたが、この様な礼儀正しいホテルは、余りみない。アイルランド国自体が、礼儀正し今までようだ！

Little hiccup as we arrived with the room but staff were brilliant in sorting it out and gave us an upgrade and a complimentary drink so can’t fault them…. The rest of the stay was first class…. I will be back:)

Sehr schlechte service.

Ich habe ein Junior Suite gehat. Es waren tote fliegen fast 15 stuck im wohnzimmer. Wir haben dass an Housekeeping und Rezeption gemeldet aber keiner hat drum gekümmert. Auch im Restaurant die Frau am abendessen im Restaurant war, war nicht freundlich. Zudem gab keine Vegetarische Gerichte was man bestellen könnte. Das einzige positive war die Bedienung morgens im Frühstück .

This place was amazing...beautiful property, excellent service. Valet parking, concierge service....i felt spoiled and pampered. Driver gave us a ride to Hunted Hog for dinner and came back to pick us up. Breakfast was.sooooo good!

This property was beautiful from the time we arrived to the time we departed. All the staff were excellent and attentive. This was a top notch property. Additionally, they gave us a ride down to a local pub and picked us up. Would definitely recommend any stay here.

From the grounds to the room itself, everything was absolutely beautiful. Every meal we ate was delicious, and the service was wonderful. We would highly recommend Castlemartyr Resort.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Was very disappointing no more a 5 star hotel Room was so dated and stains all over hotel room carpet and stains in the bathrooms floors. Not comfortable. Breakfast was awful hot breakfast served cold and long waiting time for service Dinner was ok if you like bones left on your cod dish Overall would not be coming back to this hotel again.

Our arrival was really disappointing. After traveling 12 hours, we arrived a couple of hours before check-in. I had emailed beforehand to inform them of our arrival time in the hopes that we would be able to check-in early. Our room wasn’t ready which we took well given that we were early. No problem we went off to get something to eat and explore a bit. We were gone for a little over an hour, the exhaustion coupled with the time change got us, especially our 5 year old. We went to sit in the lobby and watched as other guests arrived early and were able to check-in and go to their rooms. At this point, we really began to get upset. Why were these guests able to check-in? There was no offer of a more comfortable place to wait or vouchers for a drink or bite at ok of the restaurants, pretty standard procedure in a case like this. We continued to wait, past the designated check-in time. Close to 3 hours waiting. We were finally given our key cards and sent up, relieved to finally be able to rest only to arrive and find that the room wasn’t ready and someone was still there trying to finish cleaning/setting up. We felt so bad for the fellow, it was his first day he told us, clearly very nervous. So, we awkwardly stood at the door, as the poor man rushed to finish. Why had reception sent us up? No real acknowledgment of this situation, not acceptable at a “5 star” hotel, especially not acceptable when you book one of the nicer/expensive suites. Not 5 star hotel lack of attention

Having paid €339 couldn’t get into main restaurant,2 nd restaurant full of kids running everywhere so had to eat in golf club. Food really poor . Hotel itself has changed radically since last here, still clean and friendly staff but totally different ambiance here

This is a FABULOUS property. Gorgeous grounds, rooms, gardens, trails, and public areas. Sculpture Garden and castle ruins were ethereal. Knight’s Bar was fab. On the “other” side of the ledger—we were unable to get into any of the food outlets, and instead had to dine at the Wednesday BBQ. It was a bit tired, but food tasted alright. That was the ONLY thing that took away from the experience.

Truly a 5 star experience. You're taken care of from start to finish. The hotel is luxurious in every way. Food is excellent, and the breakfast in particular is exceptional. The grounds are gorgeous and have everything you could possibly want on your vacation. Would book again in a heartbeat.

A welcome night stay

We stayed at a few hotels during our trip to Ireland. This hotel, by far, was superior to every other one we stayed at. Comfort, amenities, bar, food, a well rounded operation. Well done!

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

Wonderful resort all around. Highly recommended. Only negative was loud patrons partying at 2am one night. When staff were informed next day they apologized and offered some compensation for our lack of sleep.

Lovely setting with nice attentive staff Should of stayed longer to make the most of what the hotel offered Nicer well presented food
