"Such a good spot to stay and close to the city. Staff are all lovely. The place was spotless. Good facilities. However when we went into the communal space with the pool table and stuff. There was some people in there drinking which is fair enough. But I’ve never been chased out of a room so fast by the looks we were given as if we were invading their space. Other then that pretty happy with our stay"

"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. "The grounds and setting are amazing. Our dinner server was a little up tight and did not help us enjoy the evening as much as we had hoped. We had a big dinner with drinks, a bottle of wine etc. He seemed overly concerned about ordering the food before kitchen closed. "

"Amazing! Location is convenient — flat and short walk to city centre. Front desk and restaurant were amazing. Complimentary water was much appreciated. Housekeeping and turn down service was good too, save for one incident when the spoons in the room were simply wiped and instead of replaced — we could tell because although the cups and spoons seemed new, there was dried up food on the spoons, food that we ate earlier. That said, the error of one person shouldn’t reflect the rating on the otherwise amazing service of everyone. "
