I was disappointed with my stay. For one, the room we ordered was different, we got apartment 163 instead of 134. There was no AC, no curtains, there was no hair dryer despite the description, the TV did not work. The owner avoided us when we called them. The room was very hot all day. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the description photos showed a completely different bed, in reality the bed was a reclining sofa. I would never stay in this place again and don't recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast service was excellent, 5/5 rating. The accommodations were excellent, cleanliness 5/5. The staff demonstrated exceptional service, also earning a 5/5 rating. However, the air conditioning system did not provide the desired level of comfort, particularly in comparison to rooms offering genuinely cold AC. It is possible that the eastern exposure of the hotel contributed to warmer temperatures and the hot summer, even with the curtains drawn. For guests prioritizing a superior city view, the east side is highly recommended over the west side, as a building obstructs the view. Overall, the experience was rated 5/5, primarily due to the outstanding hotel location, the professionalism of the staff, and the exceptional breakfast offerings. The roof top bar was 5/5 but get there early for nice seats overlooking the city.
