"This Property is located on the tip of Inspiration Point. The Location could not be better. 5 Stars For Sure! The Lakefront views are Breathtaking with the Silhouette of the Pine Trees surrounding the Property. The Home is Large and Dramatic. Many Areas to Enjoy and Entertain. Great Family Retreat Spot. Super Clean. Stocked with Everything you need. Wood Burning Fireplace off the Kitchen was our Favorite Hang Spot. Boat Dock Available. Pet Friendly for 20 Pounds and under. Barb the Owner was great to communicate with and Emilio the Concierge that check us in was Super great as well. Would Book again in a NY Minute!! :) Kirk, Tami and Gypsy Dog"

"Returning visitors. Can’t beat the location. All rooms facing the lake is also a big plus. Great staff and excellent amenities, including a huge deck connecting restaurant to bar and lounging area with stunning views on the lake, a pool that is very well maintained, hot tub, sauna, ice bath and even bike rentals. Across the street is the entrance to the village. A gem of a place in Big Bear. Let’s all keep this resort as pristine as they’ve made it."

"Loved all the big trees, outdoor ambiance, privacy, but has a steep long winding driveway. Nice deck with a tiny view of lake. Patio furniture needs updating. Very nice small two story cabin in a favorite location area - Boulder Bay. Was perfect for two adults. Nice kitchen with full bath off kitchen. Kind of weird arrangement. Upstairs Sleeping area was a weird layout too. The King bedroom was wall to wall bed. And you had to walk thru the 1st bedroom to get there. Queen bed had less than a foot to walk around bed. No night stands. The upstairs half bath had no mirror to shave, put on make-up, brush your teeth, etc.. No privacy between two bedrooms. We did sleep well with this arrangement. Having a 2nd bedroom with another couple would be very unpleasant."

"This place is absolutely beautiful!!! I feel like I never write a review about decor but the decor was impeccable and quintessential mountain/lake house. The place also had everything for an entertaining house! We played shuffleboard, used the pool table, sat outside at the huge table on the lower deck with wine — it was awesome! The host also had the house ready early for us which was a huge help and allowed us to drop stuff off to then do a big grocery shop! We really appreciated the hospitality!!Only two callouts i’d say are: 1) the futons are not as described…the “queen futon” is the size of a twin bed and the “twin futon” is essentially two couch cushions thrown on the floor, and not really sleepable. The two people who were going to sleep on the futons opted to stay at the other rental property we luckily had extra spots at. So if you’re trying to max out the beds on this property id reconsider 2) The fridge doesn’t work fully so if you buy meat (bacon, burgers, etc) you should bring an ice box to keep it from going bad. According to the host, this happens a lot and the fridge eventually normalizes after a day or so but the meat would’ve gone bad by then. Overall we had an amazing time! Just good to be prepared before going to a property!"
