「A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk.The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner.We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly.We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A...

「We had a lovely break at The Warren. The accommodation is modern and luxurious, the setting is very peaceful, and the hot tub is wonderful.」

「The cottage is near a park and shops. It's well equipped and comfortable. Parking is across the road in a neighbour's driveway. The garden is down a little path and enclosed, with some lovely flowers and garden seating. It is a good base for Matlock and Bakewell area and other attractions. The only thing that needs is improving are the mattresses in the second bedroom as I could feel the springs.」

「A spacious and comfortable lodge with a pleasant view of the lake (not the marina). It is in a quiet spot slightly uphill from the marina itself. Apart from the Canada geese on the grass, we saw tufted ducks on the lake, a heron in the reeds and oystercatchers on the grass. Plus other birds in the trees. Please note that the cooling towers are not visible from the lodge because of the trees. In any case they are decommissioned.」

「Quiet, and peaceful its off the beaten track. The Village pub great food and friendly, would go again to the Milk Place.」
