「I found this property to be very average, despite being in Camden. Everyone else keeps their properties looking nice on the outside with flowers and manicured lawns. There are large flower pots at this place that had old sponge forms in them but with no flowers. There are weeds growing on the foregrounds. Not sure why they call it a hotel. No one attends it. When I responded to their initial text with questions about parking, the TV having no sound and the remote needing batteries, I received no...

「We had a great time! It was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Acadia, Belfast and sandy point beach. Everyone had space! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home! The outside porch was really fun! 」

「Everything was seamless about checking-in and out. Everything you could possibly think of is available for your use. You literally just need food and clothing. I wish there was AC, but my partner liked it warm. It did cool down late at night and there was a window fan to help. The owner put in a lot of thought in creating a peaceful stay. It was close enough to town to the local restaurants and activities. 」

「We have family in Searsport and this property is literally the next street over. It was the perfect place for two couples and two 4-year-olds to stay for the holiday weekend. Comfy beds, plenty of sitting room, and an adorable outdoor patio were so nice. It's walking distance from Mosman Park and the beach, and also a grocery store and bars/restaurants. Perfect little quiet neighborhood that was just right for our little group. We're planning to book again for next year!」

Update the listing to include AC. Update the laminated guest instructions for trash day being Saturday. Fix the stairs to the beach or rope it off. Get better trash cans to stop raccoons. These are not meant to be negative, just opportunity for improvement. We loved the house.」

「We stayed here while we were visiting family who live in Belfast. The location was perfect! A 2-5 minute drive to everywhere we wanted go. Parking was super easy, and the house was perfect for our family of four! The bathroom is very big so there was plenty of space to get ready. The laundry room was also large and was very convenient. 「We had a short three day stay in Surry and fell in love with the house. It is a bit of the drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park but we didn’t mind it one bit. The convenience of the location and having a small store across the street really made for a stress free stay.
