The property is not private as the host’s Mother resides downstairs and there are curtains missing from the windows etc. Having read positive reviews by other guests we were excited to stay at this property, however, had to leave within 20 mins of arrival and check into hotel based on smell. "This place is a little out of the way but easily reachable by car or public transport from the centre. Check in was very easy but they take a large security deposit on arrival which should be more clearly stated at point of booking. The room itself was ok and generally clean except for the cutlery, pans and plates which I needed to wash before use. Reception team are very approachable and will do everything to help. Lots of secure parking."
