You can find out about the history of Castiadas with a stop at Museum of the Territory. Wander the beautiful beaches in this relaxing area.
There is not much to do in Castiadas except the Beach and water activities and it’s not the glamorous side of the island, it’s very chill and has some great restaurants in area. This part of Sardinia is definitely off the beaten path.
I am reluctant to ever use Expedia again. What a terrifying experience, driving an hour from Cagliari airport to Castiadas alone just to find that my booked resort had been closed and no one told me, I had no time to properly plan. Total nightmare.
