"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "O chalé era maravilhoso, super bem mobiliado, com lareira e banheira para tornar o ambiente perfeito. O café é deixado a porta do chalé ( se preferir ou ir no local que é servido). O chalé em si é super limpo, espaço amplo da pousada. Passamos 3 dias super confortável. Os funcionários super prestativos, sempre nos atenderam de forma eficaz, e prestativos. A única coisa que poderia ser dado mais atenção é a limpeza da área da piscina, deixaria o ambiente mais agradável."
