To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. We had a fabulous experience overall! The rooms were super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, professional, ready to help, and go the extra mile. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As a bonus, the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!
