Home Select International manages this modern house on the Noguera canal in Empuriabrava, the perfect place to enjoy a vacation with all the comforts.
Upon entering the property, there is parking space for two cars and a garage with a washing machine, dryer and an additional fridge. At the entrance, a table with six chairs invites you to start enjoying the outdoors.
On the ground floor, natural light floods the spaces through large windows overlooking the pool area. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob, opens to the dining area and living room, creating a warm and modern atmosphere. A breakfast bar with stools is perfect for informal meals, while the main dining table seats up to eight guests. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a pouf, a coffee table, TV and Wi-Fi, all air-conditioned.
On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with sink and WC, located next to a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x190), wardrobe, bedside tables and air conditioning. Like all the bedrooms in the house, it is filled with natural light and faces outward. There is also a small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and cleaning products.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the master suite with a king-size bed (180x190), TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bathtub, bidet and sink. The two remaining double bedrooms, both with 180x190 beds, air conditioning and large windows, are also bright and outward-facing; one of them additionally has a small balcony. Another full bathroom with shower, bidet and separate sink completes this floor.
Outside, the terrace is a true relaxation area, with five sun loungers, parasols and a large table with eight chairs for al fresco dining. The private 8x4 metre pool is perfect for summer days and can be heated at an extra cost during cooler seasons. Next to it is a cosy chill-out area, and at the end of the garden there is a 12-metre private mooring, ideal for sailing enthusiasts.
Bed linen is included. Pets and groups of young people are not allowed.

accueil vraiment agréable

Nous avons réservé pour le week-end du 11 novembre. L'hôte, une agence professionnelle, a été particulièrement attentive à l'accueil et à ce que l'on ait le maximum de confort. Très pro, toujours disponible même le dimanche. A recommander !
