"A beautiful hotel, located centrally within Piancastagnaio. The hotel is very relaxing and tastefully converted convent with a stunning pool overlooking the valley.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable and we loved our spacious room overlooking the gardens.
Service is okay, it cannot be criticised, but lacked warmth at every level. Ignored by many staff and we would have expected a little more.
Once again food was good (we ate dinner and had breakfast each morning) but not spectacular and...

"Tiziana helped make this stay very enjoyable. She picked us up at her other property outside the ZTL and brought us to Km O dal Centro. Parking there was free and safe. The room was modern and clean. Only thing missing was an English TV channel. We were in the middle of everything with many good restaurants nearby. The Synagogue which is number one place to visit was a 2 minute walk. Tiziana kept in touch throughout our stay making sure we weren’t missing anything. I highly recommend staying...
