Floors are very noisy and walls are really thin. You can hear an entire conversation of the people above you and next to you. Rooms are big which was nice and the staff was friendly

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the staff is very friendly and attentive, in particular the young lad at the reception (sadly forgot his name). The hotel is not in the quiet area but is easily accessible from the centre of Pisa. We would definitely come back to this place. Thank you.
