"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. "Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. The main issue is the proximity to the road, which is above the terrace area and has noisy traffic. But the bedroom at the back of the property was...

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"The staff we friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with large rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather. Hotel was great for a passing through stop over but a car is definately required here."

"The location is perfect with beach, bars, restaurant and shopping all in easy walking distance. The view from the hotel are immaculate up along the entire coast. The staff were helpful, friendly and proactive. We accidentally left our laptop and iPads in the room safe on check out but we received a call to let us know this had happened and arrangement were made for us to pick them up conveniently. The hotel itself is virtually brand new and is excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay there again "
