Portion of an old stone country house, well-kept garden and private swimming pool. Situated a few km

Beauty and scenery of the Casentino Valley. Part of a recently restored old house a few kilometers from Castelfocognano, a village perched on a high rock surrounded by chestnut and oak woods. The house is in a quiet position with lovely views and is ideal for discovering the Casentino, the verdant mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine. Peace, a mild climate, beautiful countryside and a warm welcome from local inhabitants make this valley the ideal spot for a lovely summer's vacation.

The outdoor area adjacent to the house is equipped with gazebo, chairs and barbecue where you can have outdoor meals, also available to the guests a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. The 5x10 m (depth 1.10-1.70 m - open from 05th April to 11th October) fenced swimming pool is located in the middle of a green space surrounded by olive trees and equipped with veranda with sitting area. Furnishing, comfortable and cozy is in the typical Tuscan style. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance on a living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via an internal staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, freezer, oven, high chair, iron, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, moka, Wi-Fi Internet access, fan, hairdryer, filter coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Alles Super

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Walter der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings, die Stühle und die Bank im Esszimmer sind etwas schmal und unbequem, allerdings ist dies jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.
