"There were some communication issues because of my lack of Italian. The place was very clean and the photos are accurate. The decoration is pleasing and the towels and bathroom were excellent. We also used the handy washing machine with soap provided to do some much needed laundry which we finished drying in our car (no dryer). The convenience breakfast and the coffee machine were a useful start to our day. "

"easy to find, parking on site , locked gate does not have elevator for public use but the host brought suitcases up in an elevator which I guess is in her private apt. Large room and bath. Mattresses were mushy Breakfast was minimal with bread , cakes yoghurt and Processed cheese slices prob KRAFT juice and coffee , few cold cuts"

"The room was too hot for a comfortable sleep. After the first night we were told that they would check to see about turning the heat off and the air on. We weren’t offered a fan to help sleep or any other help. Upon checkout we were told that by law, they couldn’t turn on the air conditioning until April 20. We checked out on April 18. The breakfast buffet was horrible. We tried it the first day and never went back. The rooftop terrace was closed for the season, even though the weather was warm. We would have enjoyed sitting there. The location was great and we loved the town. The hotel was on the verge of being dated and neglected. The management was unwilling to offer any help or compensation for our discomfort. We suggested they waive the parking fee. We never even received an apology for the sleepless nights."
