However, the receptionists and staff at the restaurant was not service minded at all, and we experienced some of the worst services ever. This is really unfortunate, as the resort itself is great. We would come back if it wasn’t for the staff. "Lovely rural authentic hotel in Alpujarra. Good base for exploring. Excellent service - thank you Victor. Nice breakfast to start your day. Coffee, tea, bar and snacks available. No dinner available but bar/restaurant across the street and two small restaurants a short walk away. Quiet and peaceful location. Parking just outside hotel. "

"Great location and good room but stay let down by poor service from the bar and restaurant. We were the only ones on the bar terrace but there was no service for 15 minutes. To the left of reception is a 2 metre high banner advertising the restaurant and, specifically, the menu del dia which is reinforced by highlighting the availability of the menu del dua in the information folder in the room - the menu del dia was never available throughout our entire stay and no one was able to explain why...

"Big and well maintained apartment. No pool (at least in the winter) - only two non-functional jaccuzzis. Free parking on the street. Very close to two supermarkets. Dining option are a bit far (15 min walk)"
