Entspannter Urlaub in der Toskana

Sehr saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Casole. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern viel unterwegs, auch in den Wäldern rund um Casole. Ein Mountainbike ist hier sehr empfehlenswert. In der Wohnung habe ich eine Garderobe vermisst, um auch mal ne Jacke aufhängen zu können. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Great hide away in beautiful Tuscany

Great original Tuscan retreat iwith an stunning view over the hills from the pool area. Nice and pleasant family running the place and a perfect base for exploring Tuscany. Only small improvement is some of the beds which are a little hard.

Gorgeous week at Podere Monti

My family and I had a fabulous week at Podere Monti. Federica and family were very warm and helpful, the pool was lovely and had the most beautiful view. The children enjoyed watching lizards, butterflies and crickets. Only downside were the less appealing wasps and mosquitoes! Casole D’Elsa is a lovely town and we enjoyed the restaurants, gelateria and pasticceria very much. Missing the Tuscan sunshine already.

Schöne, neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem drum und dran

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war der Pool gelegen, mit Blick auf San Gimignano.

Beautiful environment, very friendly hosts, well equipped clean apartment.

Federica was there to greet us despite our late arrival. The apartment was large, immaculate, and had everything we needed and more. Lots of thoughtful details, such as soap, toilet roll, salt, pepper, hand towel for the kitchen, and bedding and towel change at the end of our first week. The kitchen was well equipped for our holiday cooking with a beautiful space to sit outside and eat. There was a folder with lots of helpful information about the area. The pool was kept sparkling, and the whole area was lovely, with potted plants and a stunning view. It was a 20 minute nice walk to the village of Casole d'Elsa, which we did most evenings as it had a nice atmosphere, good restaurants and a number of musical events happening. Altogether we had a fantastic two weeks at Podere Monti, enjoyed by both us adults and our two daughters aged 10 and 11. We will definitely consider returning. Thank you to Federica and her parents for making us feel so welcome.

Perfecto para familias

Estos días en la Toscana hemos estado muy tranquilos en Podere Monti. Frederica y su familia muy amables. La casa perfecta para la familia de cinco miembros. Hemos hecho excursiones a Pisa, Luca, Florencia, Siena, y en una hora de coche llegamos a todas partes. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

amazing country apartment

I celebrated my 40th at Podere Monti with my daugher and best friends. The villa was everything i dreamed of, spacious with 2 double bedrooms, bath and well equipped living area. the lovely gardens and furniture perfectly positioned to enjoy the glorious sunny days, bbq, eating outside and reading. the shared pool was fantastic to cool down at the end of a very hot day!

The house was meticulously restored and is very nicely furnished and equipped. Nothing lacking. The views from the house are stupendous. The grounds are also very attractive and well-kept. The farm is ideally located, a short drive to Sienna and just 15 kms to San gimigano.

Fantastic

It was a really really great stay. As one of my friends mentioned when we checked in "the place is much better than seen in the pictures". The place is spacious, comfy, very well equipped, clean and decorated with very good taste. The owners are very very polite, hospitable and caring. Federica gave us the most valuable directions and tips on places to visit and things to see and even drove us to a nearby restaurant the night we arrived. I really hope to come back soon!

Great place to explore Tuscany

the house was perfect for my family. Rooms are large and beautifully furnished, clean and bright. Owners were very kind and accommodating of our very late arrival, and although we had some confusion over the security deposit, we were able to work it out. Location is very close to Casole and convenient to Siena, and there are grocery stores nearby if you want to cook in the fabulous kitchen. We would love to come back again some day!

An Italian Paradise

A beautiful and charming property,manned by cheerful and friendly staff ...Thank you all! The accommodations are spacious and well appointed.The biggest advantage is its location,nestling between Florence and Siena ,which allows for easy travel in whichever direction.The nearby village of Casole is the authentic presentation of Tuscan country life.

Un lieu de séjour idéal et magnifique

C'était notre 2ème séjour en famille à Podere Monti ( 2012 et 2016 ). L'endroit est toujours superbe, avec une piscine magnifique, des jardins très fleuris, un calme absolu, une terrasse adorable pour profiter de la quiétude de l'endroit à chaque repas. Les logements sont fonctionnels et d'une propreté absolue, les chambres spacieuses et la literie d'excellente qualité. Un petit paradis pour profiter pleinement de cette merveilleuse région qu'est la Toscane, à quelques minutes de San Gimignano, l'un des plus beaux villages toscans, à 1h de Florence et 40 Mns de Sienne.

Charming

This is our 4th time here and once again it was perfection. The owners are the nice people and the apartment is beautiful . It is set in beautiful grounds and the pool is big with lots of Sun beds. We recommend if you want to visit toscana, you can go to many turists places, like Pisa and the beachs. We loved our stay. Will be going again next year for sure.

Idyllic Setting for quiet stay in scenic Tuscany

There are no words to accurately describe how beautifully amazing, unimaginably exquisite, completely charming yet elegantly retouched this true treasure is! The villas, the dining, the amenities, the location, the views and the absolute BEST Italy has to offer! To top that off, Federica and Family welcomed us with open arms. They made us feel like their home was our home!! We are so grateful to them for such an amazing, amazing stay!! We are already planning our trip back next year, and will not stay anywhere else in Italy again.

Best place I have ever stayed in in Italy

We absolutely loved staying at Podere and highly recommend. Beautiful rooms, amazing views and gardens and a relaxing pool. It was only a five minute drive or 10 minute walk into Casole which features some lovely restaurants (we recommend Casolani Cafè). If you're looking for an amazing Tuscan experience - stay here.

Excellent value for such a Beautiful spot

The apartment was clean and charming. The hospitality was unbeatable. The location was great for many day trips in the area. Podere Monti is in a great location, with a close drive to San Gimignano and Volterra, among many other medieval walled Tuscan cities. I love this place, and I would definitely stay here again and again and again, and so should you!
