A three-room apartment on the first floor. It has its own garden, with the ground floor entrance. An internal staircase takes you up to the first floor, where you find an attractive kitchen with small sofa, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a dbl bedroom. If desired, the apartment can be joined to apartment C1 on the ground floor, via an internal door. There is a multi-function air conditioner (heating, cooling, dehumidifier), and a dishwasher.
The private garden has tables, chairs, and a rack for drying clothes. Situated below a wooden pergola, there is a small solar-powered light for al fresco dinners.
