Basic hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and cold beer. We had a devil of a time finding the place because the google maps placement is way off. In the end we flagged down a trike driver and followed him through town to the place! There was a rocking kids birthday party when we arrived. I think they may have even had a clown. Anyway, I give Qallwa two thumbs up and would go out of my way to stay again.

It's a bed.

The water in the shower never got warm. The staff informed us it would become warm if we let it run. 20 minutes later - nope. I am sorry but this is a huge waste of water, a health risk as well as a waste of resources. Our toilet randomly stopped being able to flush. Very romantic. The sink which is next to the bed area was super 'aggressive' meaning it would spurt water all over the place only to revert to no strength. This too also randomly stopped working at one point leading us to wash hands in the shower. Breakfast was dull too.

Horrible
