"Make sure you reach out before going booking this place.
There was construction being done at all hours during the day. It is a very small place and crowded with decorations. The shower is very small and was difficult to operate when the handle was not broken.
The staff was very nice and helpful but could not understand why having construction during the day or having a small shared living space was an issue.
Refused to give you a refund when you wanted to checkout early and informed you that...

"Tek basima seyahat ettim, cok rahat cok tatli bir yer. Gayet temiz ve Sintra’daki tarihi yerlere gayet yakın. Çalışanları da çok tatlı ve güleryüzlü. "

"I stayed here one night as a convenient option as it was by the water and close to Jamor Stadium where I was attending an event. Easy walking distance to the train and conveniently located between The major tourist areas of Lisbon and Cascais.
Affordable rooms and good food options nearby."

"Travelled with a toddler and he loved it. Great breakfast, cordial staff and nice hotel altogether. It’s very close to the marina and downtown Cascais. I hope to go back!"
"We stayed in a family room and it was spacious. The staff except the bartender at the rooftop bar was excellent. The bartender has a problem serving guests that are darker than him. He ignored my sister when she approached the bar to make an order. A white man came to the bar after my sister and he was served. Then a white woman came and she was served. My sister was being ignored. My sister came back to me told me what happened and then decided to ask to speak to a manager. She confronted the bartender with his rudeness and he apologized. Apology aside what he did was disrespectful and despicable. All guests should be treated with respect and dignity. Our money is worth just as much as other guests. We weren’t staying at the hotel for free."
"Old school luxury. Pool was lovely and comfortable. Wish they did poolside service, but otherwise it was great. Amazing breakfast buffet. Lovely escape for couples or a solo traveler. Will go back!"
"The friendly reception and clean and very well organised rooms are amazing. Sleeping with a window open and hearing the sea...spectacular! The Michelin Star cuisine was superb ...thank you!"
"From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team was friendly, warm and approachable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their excellent service really made our stay special.
The restaurant, set right by the sea, was a beautiful place to enjoy a meal be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Although the menu was fairly limited, every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. We loved the outdoor grill taste.
The pool area was stunning, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, so there was never any need to rush to reserve one. The waiter service around the pool was another lovely touch and added to the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere.
Our room was quite sparsely furnished, but it was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was on the top floor. This was fine for us but some people might find the low beams problematic. What really stood out, though, was how peaceful the hotel was. The tranquillity made it incredibly restful, and we left feeling completely refreshed.
This is certainly not a cheap hotel, but in our opinion it was worth every penny as a treat. The exceptional service, beautiful setting and peaceful atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. We would happily return if we have the opportunity."
"Spectacular view. Great character. Clean and quiet. It needs some maintenance but I would definitely stay there again. The charm and location far out weigh the maintenance"
