There was a lot of noise, buy they had promised noise-reduced rooms. The bed was terrible (hard and felt like lying on a plastic sheet)

The staff was incredible: so kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was charming and was very enjoyable. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was adequate: that's the only drawback I can say about the place. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel, good location.

The hotel itself was nice, but we were very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We booked a room that was advertised for 3 guests, but upon arrival we were told the third guest could only be a child, not an adult. They would not allow us to cancel the stay, leaving us with no real choice but to upgrade to a larger suite for an additional fee. This should have been clearly stated during the booking process. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression despite an otherwise okay stay.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service there is the best service I’ve ever had! As soon as you arrive, they took our bags immediately and brought them in and asked us if we wanted any beverages. We even arrived way earlier than our check-in time, and they got us checked in super early. They gave us a welcome beverage, free chocolates, and every time the room got cleaned they left little gifts next to some of the items we had in the room like a bookmark next to our book and sunglasses cleaning cloth next to our sunglasses. The service from every single person working there was 10/10. I wish I could get the same service everywhere I go! The room was also amazing, and the bed was super cozy! The rooftop pool has such a nice vibe to it, and a great view. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I would!
