Stayed one night with family. Staff was amazing. Hotel amenities really lacking. Fridge was broken and our deli had to be thrown out. AC was barely working. Website says there is a rooftop garden but when we asked they said no. Pillows were barely pillows. We had to stuff them with towels, completely flat. Breakfast deli had soured. I felt like they gave up a little and let the place get run down. It needs desperately better amenities, things fixed and more effort out in the comfort.of the guests. For one night it was ok. I couldn't stay there more than that. It's a shame. Location was good and staff very sweet.

Beautiful property with amazing gardens and restaurant.
Our room was large and comfortable. Could us a little deco updating and new tv as ours was prehistorical.

Parking was right outside our door on the street and the town has everything you need even a large mall close by. They provide a free laundry service. Give them your dirty clothes they return them washed and folded. ..."
