Staff was amazing! It’s in a noisy area but it calmed down after 11pm, on a Saturday night… Great breakfast!!!

Bar staff were very rude to our group. We are Americans that were staying on the hotel. Staff waited on all other guests before us.

Everything was wondering. Clean, very nice, the staff was awesome. Its located steps away from the Metro and the Train station. I will stay again if given the opportunity

Property nice, area seemed unsafe. Would not go outside after dark

Hotel was in a convenient location with amazing views from the terrace and roof top. Easy access to parts of the city by funiculars that were close by. Downside was that roof top was off limits to guests for two of the three days staying at the hotel. We booked here because of the pool and outdoor terraces and common areas and we could not use these areas because of outside events booked by the hotel. On the day we were able to use the pool at 5 pm because we had to vacate due to yet another wedding that was happening that evening. It would have been helpful if the hotel could have informed us of the limited access before the deadline for cancellation given the restriction on hotel amenities.
