"During my stay, a member of the cleaning staff iron my dress because hitel doesn't provide iron due to ':safety reasons " Unfortunately, they severely damaged the garment while pressing it. When I brought this issue to management's attention, they were dismissive refused to offer fair compensation for the ruined dress. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...

"The only bad thing about this hotel was the WI-FI; the signal was terrible, and in order to connect, one had to be in the restroom. Other than the Wi-Fi the place is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful."

"Lovely new rooms. Host was really friendly and helpful. A beautiful person. Place is a little hard to find, look for the number 2 on the front brick gatepost, then follow the arrows. Wish we had more time to spend here"
