Hotel that need improvements

3/5 the front desk is in a good condition , however the rooms need updates , only 2 towels were supplied , , it's an old hotel that needs improvement

I changed my room 4 time and still has the same issue hot water you will never get it right away this is my first time go to the city I was assuming the hotel is really good and I find out is not

Correct mais peut mieux faire

Hôtel bien situé, proche du Parc de Mohammedia, des commerces, restaurants.... Pas de wifi dans les chambres, le seul point d'accès se trouve dans le salon de l'accueil. La TV ne propose qu'une chaîne en français.La décoration de la chambre est sympa, les lits très confortables. Les serviettes de toilettes sont changées tous les jours. Par contre apparemment le sol un peu poussiéreux à notre arrivée n'a pas été nettoyé de la semaine. La télécommande du climatiseur était vraiment sale. La climatisation/chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement tout le temps, la température extérieure avoisinant les 10°, pas top. Pas de chauffage du tout dans la salle de bains. Par contre le personnel est très disponible et souriant. Dommage que ces petits détails ne soient pas corrigés, alors on pourrait dire que c'est un très bon hôtel.
