"The hosts are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and communicative. The glampsite is located very close to an event space that hosts a lot of weddings, so while not having access to running water/ bathrooms the better part of a Saturday wasn’t my favorite thing, it also wasn’t a dealbreaker. The driveway, mentioned in other reviews, was not an issue. Get to know your lower gears. Five stars all around, ten stars for Pokey, the friendliest camp cat in three counties"

"The property was clean and comfortable and an overall good value. But where do you hang your towels between uses? There were no towel racks, bars, or hooks in any of the bathrooms. There was also no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in two of the three bathrooms (and no conditioner in the third). Had this been communicated in advance, it would have been less of an issue."

"I travel a lot and am a property manager myself. I have stayed in plenty of vacation homes and hotels. I have to say this is the first time I have felt at home away from home. Incredibly clean, spacious and well managed. They thought of everything, even the things I forgot to pack. A lot of thought and attention to detail have been put into this home and it shows."

"It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The building was very quiet...

"Overall stay was nice. A few amenities lacking that we are used to when we book through VRBO. Ie there was no spare toilet paper. There was no coffee filters for coffee maker. Other wise it was very clean and nice."
