"As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member. She provided us with a map, restaurant recommendations and booked a reservation for us. "Stunning property and the pool was excellent. The location is very nice kind of towards more high-end part of town, but easily walkable right to the central part of town as well. Everyone that worked there was very kind and courteous, and our room was nice and clean."

"Our check in process was not smooth. Upon booking on Expedia I used the search parameters for 1 adult + 2 children. I booked a one bedroom suite knowing the pull out sofa will be used for my second child. I chose to add buffet breakfast as prompted when selecting the room. I paid EUR27 for the ‘add on’. "The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time."
