"Like quite a few of the other reviews, not a 5star hotel. Maybe 4 at best. Service inconsistent throughout. And more importantly, entire property is under construction both inside and out, and not minor renovations, we're talking the complete removal of steps and access down to the beach. Arguably one of the largest selling and marketing features of this hotel was non accessible without any disclosure. Instead you'd have to walk into town to get to any beach which is public vs the one you paid...

"As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member. She provided us with a map, restaurant recommendations and booked a reservation for us. She then proceeded to help us with our luggage. The view from our room was gorgeous. We forgot to book breakfast for the next morning but the staff was very accommodating and made it happen anyways.
