"As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member. She provided us with a map, restaurant recommendations and booked a reservation for us. She then proceeded to help us with our luggage. The view from our room was gorgeous. We forgot to book breakfast for the next morning but the staff was very accommodating and made it happen anyways. "Location is not everything, although it was very central. The rooms and hotel was very outdated and I didn’t feel very clean in there. You also need to leave a key in for the AC- but at check in they only give you one key.. not very convenient."

"The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time."
