Mediterranean Coastal Suite is a full 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment designed for guests who want to enjoy Cartagena from a cozy, elegant and functional space. Its Mediterranean style combines navy blue, white, gray and wood tones with subtle sea-inspired details that evoke Santorini and the calmness of the sea.

The apartment is located on the 22nd floor of Torre 811 and offers views toward the sea, the airport and Crespo. It is designed for families, couples, small groups, executives and long-stay travelers looking for comfort, good city access and a visually well-cared-for experience.

The main bedroom has a double bed, A/C and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds and a ceiling fan. The apartment is most comfortable for 6 guests; it can host up to 7, considering that the 7th guest sleeps on the sofa.

The living room has A/C, a Smart TV and a cozy atmosphere to relax after exploring Cartagena. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. You will also find a washer and laundry sink inside the apartment.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment: bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area and both balconies. One balcony is located in the main bedroom and the other one in the living room, both designed to enjoy Cartagena’s views and breeze.

The building has 24-hour reception, lobby, elevators, a shared pool and a shared terrace. The use of common areas is subject to availability, schedules and building administration rules.

The pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Drinks, diving, loud music and children without supervision are not allowed in the pool area.

There is no private parking included. The building has a public bay subject to availability, and there are two public parking lots nearby.

We will be available before and during your stay to help with registration, check-in, digital lock access, local recommendations and any detail you may need to enjoy the apartment with peace of mind.

Communication is handled through the Airbnb chat so all information stays clear and organized. We respect your privacy, but we follow up after check-in to confirm that you entered correctly and that everything is working properly.

We want your experience to feel supported but not invasive: we will be close if you need help, while giving you space to enjoy Cartagena at your own pace.

Mediterranean Coastal Suite is located in Torre 811, in Torices, a mixed residential and tourist area that is currently developing. Its value lies in its practical connection to different parts of Cartagena, the apartment views, the interior design and the proximity to useful services.

There is a supermarket on the first floor of the building. A few blocks away, you will find local restaurants, fast food options, supermarkets such as ARA and D1, a pharmacy, a Bancolombia ATM, tourism offices and some tour departure points. Marbella Beach is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.

The airport, San Felipe Castle and the Walled City are approximately 10 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. During the day, you can walk to nearby places; at night, we recommend using transportation apps or private transportation, as the area is less busy.

Nearby construction may generate some noise during the day. We recommend this apartment for guests who value design, views, pool, Wi-Fi and good value/experience more than absolute daytime silence.

The apartment has A/C in the living room and in the main bedroom. The secondary bedrooms have ceiling fans. This is important to consider, especially in Cartagena’s warm weather.

Visitors must be previously authorized, registered and paid. The visitor fee is $75,000 COP per person/visit. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment has a security camera at the entrance. The building also has cameras in hallways, lobby and elevators. There are no cameras inside bedrooms, bathrooms or private indoor areas.

This space is designed for resting, sharing and enjoying Cartagena through a cozy and elegant experience. It is not an apartment for parties, excessive noise, unregistered visitors or activities that affect the building’s peace.

House Rules
1. Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balconies.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Sexual tourism and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.
6. Do not throw objects, cigarette butts, liquids or trash from the balconies.
7. Do not move large furniture without authorization.
8. Do not remove towels, linens, utensils or apartment items.
9. Please turn off lights, A/C and appliances when leaving.
10. Please take care of furniture, linens, towels, décor and apartment items.
11. The 7th guest sleeps on the sofa.
12. Visitors must be previously authorized, registered and paid.
13. Any damage, missing item or rule violation may generate additional charges.
14. Any serious violation of the rules may result in a penalty of up to 100 USD or reservation cancellation, depending on the case and platform policies.
15. The access card must be taken care of during the entire stay, as it works as the key and activates lights and A/C.
16. If the access card is lost, the replacement fee is $50,000 COP.
17. If the card is left inside the apartment and a new access code is required, we can assist the guest. From the second time, this service may have an additional operational fee.

Building Rules
1. All guests must be registered before entering.
2. The building may request ID documents.
3. The wristband provided by reception must be worn during the entire stay.
4. Pool and common area use is subject to building schedules and rules.
5. Pool hours: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
6. Drinks are not allowed in the pool area.
7. Diving is not allowed.
8. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
9. Loud music is not allowed in common areas.
10. Any fine caused by violation of building rules will be the guest’s responsibility.
