This is a very cute hotel. Leads on to the street which is very quaint. However We did not have hot water for the entire stay. Staff tried to help and no communication of the status of the situation until we inquired again. Pillows are so thin, which was not a good sleep

Property was conveniently located in the Alfama area - a short distance from restaurants and shops as well as the baixa/chaido area. Staff was extremely responsive about air conditioning issues and fixed it immediately upon request. They also were helpful in locating outlets that were neatly tucked away out of sight but very conveniently located at the bed side. I’d definitely return

Les chambres sont très propres, l’accueil est chaleureux et le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Quant au parking, c’est difficile de stationner à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Sinon il y a un parking souterrain payant que l’hôtel met à la disposition des clients.
