"Friendly and welcoming staff to this impressive building. The location, room, decor and breakfast were all huge positives. Strong smells from the kitchen did linger in the dining and lounge area. The placement of our room meant that we needed to travel through the dining room on Valentine’s evening with our belongings, which possibly affected the mood for others and felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately in the bedroom, we could hear the rooms around us including bathroom sounds. The bed was uncomfortable. "

"Mark went out of his way to be as helpful as possible and laid on snacks, wine and milk for us on our arrival.The views over the Loch were beautiful! The only word of caution is that there is a fairly steep concrete staircase that spirals up to the apartment - if you are not good on your feet it may be an issue."

"We stayed at Chapelhill for the weekend and it was stunning. Nothing was too much hassle for Liam and all the added extras were amazing. The only negative I had was is that I only booked 2 nights, so next time will definitely book longer. Would highly recommend!!"
