「My husband and I are repeat booker’s of this property. We have fur children and the fenced in yard is so convenient. I love the option of the kayak. The washer and dryer amenity also make things so convenient for when you need them. 」

「Excellent Stay」

「It was very clean. The king sized bed was surprisingly comfortable. The step in shower was a big plus. It was extremely close to many restaurants and stores (short walking distance). Comfortable porch to sit and people watch. Artsy Me just downstairs was super fun and our family painted our own pottery there. We visited Apalachicola for the first time with our adult daughter and the place was very accommodating for all 3 of us. 」

「The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for our trip! I had a few questions before we headed to Florida and received answers from the owners within minutes. We would definitely stay at this property again.」

「I stayed in this bungalow for 4 nights. It's very comfortable and well maintained. It really is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. It might be a little too close to a really nice ice-cream shop. I think I somehow ended up there several times. Lol.」

「This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location.」
