"Wonderful vacation in a wonderful house and location! The comfortable house has space for everyone - from kids to seniors - a large back yard with a grill, fire pit, trees, and privacy. When you walk through the back yard, you are steps away from one of the best farmers markets in the state. The house is well stocked and has up to date appliances and furnishings. Joslin and Tom have thought of and provided everything you might need. The town beach is a short walk away. Sea View Market, on the walk to the beach, has just about anything you need from groceries to great deli and bakery items. The Vanilla Bean, also near the beach, has great ice cream. The Matunuck area is a long established vacation community that is warm and welcoming. Nearby you can find a summer theater, a surfing area, a wildlife refuge, and a lingering feel of its past as an artists' colony. There are also many good restaurants in the area. "
