Amazing attentive staff who remembered your name and were very helpful with questions and booking tours. Thank you Joy, Yssa and Eleen. Buffet breakfast times and variety worked well for visitors from Asia, America and Aussies. Reporting a flickering light was fixed same day. Centrally located which, in my opinion, worked better than some places further out from centre. No noise and air con worked a treat. A number of great restaurants within 5 mins walk. There is no lift but staff will take bags to and from your room

This is been a hotel for many years since i was little growing up.. and what is unique about it is, it's still kept the same way, same look, feels the same and still safe and always be the best hotel i recommend for anyone to visit during thir stay in palau..

I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists
