"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"From booking process to communication in the lead up to our arrival to the moment we arrived at this stunning cottage along a tiny little lane, lots of greenery and a lovely little stream. Gary welcomed us and made us feel very welcome indeed and was helpful throughout our stay with local information and even lent us his binoculars for possible whale watching of the coast. House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. "The property is a small beach cottage that is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Walkable to center of town with co-op grocery and laundry facility less than 5 min away. Parking space is nearby and situated such that it is easy to use your car to explore Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that shower is small and ceilings low so this place would feel tight if you are a large person and some of the layout is a bit tricky if you were older and less sure footed. "This was a lovely old stone cottage connected to others on a fairly steep, narrow road. We had some difficulty finding it, but a lovely employee at the Fore 2 Restaurant guided us. Your gps might lead you astray. You really need to unload your gear and then park in the town pkg lot. We could walk everywhere & take the bus to other locations. Only a couple of moans, there was no welcome pack to say what time the pub was open etc, no paperwork for the tv and we weren't told there is wifi, when bookings it said no wifi! The location is really spectacular - right on the cliff top overlooking the sea, remote but still within walking distance of the village. I had my 90 year old mother with me so the steps into the property were a bit of a challenge, particularly the step over the threshold. The stairs within the house were also steep, but she managed ok. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. "We enjoyed staying at Primrose - very clean and plenty of space for us. The wood burner is fab - makes the place very cosy and also were pleased to be able to store bikes in the shed which was lockable. Definitely looking to return in the summer if available !"
