This beautiful 4 bedroom home is very open and spacious: great for entertaining! The home even has a ping pong table! The large sunny front deck is perfect for grilling and has a new remote controlled retractable awning for shady afternoon enjoyment.

• MAXIMUM ADULTS: 10 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN



• PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted.



• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.



• PARKING: Limited to 5 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.



• DISCLOSURES:

*Ping Pong Table available for guest use, but does not convert to a Pool Table.

*Foosball table pictured in some photos is no longer present,

*Firewood NOT Provided

*Maximum DAYTIME occupancy is 15 persons TOTAL, Nighttime occupancy begins at 9 pm

* Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill, Upper Deck, and Awning are available only in the peak summer months.

*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.



This beautiful 4 bedroom home is very open and spacious: great for entertaining! The home boasts tasteful Tahoe Ski Décor and a ping pong table. The large sunny front deck is perfect for grilling in summer or relaxing and has a new remote controlled retractable awning for shady afternoon enjoyment in the summer months. Or, you can also cozy up to the large stone wood-burning fireplace on a chilly Tahoe night. Chef-it up in the gourmet kitchen that features high end appliances and a gas Thermador range.



The upstairs community space is large, has table tennis, kids games and 4 twin beds with loads of natural light coming in from the wall of windows that overlook the front yard. The other three bedrooms have a King (primary), a Queen, and Full bed for another 6 guests.

Thank you so much for sharing a piece of your Tahoe paradise with us. It was a perfect space for family to connect and have a great time. The bunk room was key. 6 kids ranging from 7-16 slept together and they really enjoyed the ping pong table! There was tons of room to play, dine, and fellowship together. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped, it just needed a pizza cutter. The only other thing was it got a bit warm upstairs. There was one fan in the play room, but it would be helpful for another in the master. Other than that, perfect! Can't wait to return!

Loved the ping pong table, beautiful patio, beds were comfy and all the amenities. We were contacted that we were loud past 9pm which I do disagree with as we were all inside and no parties were thrown as the boys’ games ended at 930pm and we just had to cook for them. The house across the street was doing construction at 7am so no sleeping in the entire weekend would be my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again though, a lot of room and bring a fan as there is no AC.

Once we got the driveway snow plowing squared away, and a big thanks to Leila who came out with a shovel to help and flagged down a a snow plower in the area, we had a great stay. The kids took over the game room upstairs, overall the house was very entertaining.

Perfect cabin!

Our family group loved staying in this cabin. It was perfectly laid out to feel roomy enough for all 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table, large deck, and ample space in the kitchen. We loved kayaking in Emerald Bay and the beach at Sand Harbor! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was easy to access and very organized. The living room and kitchen was spacious for our family to gather and cook a lot of our meals. Their kitchen was well equipped with good equipment. Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay again.
