Residential complex of standing, landscaped park, heated swimming pool (mid-June/mid-September) children's pool, approx. 1000m from St Colomban beach and Grande-Plage, 1300m from shops, 1000m from a supermarket, 800m from the sailing club.
Apartment of approximately 50m² located on the ground floor:
Living room with a 120cm sofa bed, television, dining area, French window opening onto the terrace overlooking the green spaces of the residence.
Kitchenette area behind a partition with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, washing machine.
Separate toilet.
Electric heating, private parking.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €400 to be paid on site
Charges: charges included from mid-May to early October, electricity based on meter reading outside this period

Très agréable séjour dans une résidence calme et assez verdoyante
"Très agréable séjour dans une résidence calme et assez verdoyante. L'appartement est lumineux et bien aménagé et assez grand pour être à l'aise pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre la plage mais cela reste raisonnable (environ 20 min à pieds)."
